Estate Pipe Purchasing

Do you have used pipes that are no longer being smoked? At Bisgaard Pipes, we buy used pipes in all quantities – from a single pipe to larger collections of hundreds or even thousands. Whether you have inherited a collection, are reducing your own, or simply have a few pipes you no longer use, we are interested in hearing from you.

We are particularly interested in pipes from well-known makers and brands such as Stanwell, Tao, S. Bang, WØ. Larsen, Former, Tom Eltang, Dunhill, Anne Julie, Jess Chonowitsch, Kurt Balleby, Manduela, Poul Ilsted and Ivarsson, but many other brands may also be of interest. Both older classic pipes and newer handmade pipes can be relevant if they have quality and collector appeal.

The condition of the pipes is not necessarily decisive at first. We review used pipes, collector pipes, and entire collections. Our goal is to find pipes that can be given a new life with other pipe enthusiasts. For that reason, we carefully evaluate what we receive and assess whether the pipes can be sold again through our shop.

You are always welcome to visit our shop with your pipes so we can take a look and give you an evaluation. Alternatively, you can send pictures to hektor@bisgaard-pipes.com
 along with a short description of the pipes, such as the number of pipes, brands, and possibly the age if you know it.

Once we have received the photos, we will review them and get back to you with an offer if the pipes are of interest to us. Our aim is to make the process simple and fair, so you can quickly receive an evaluation of your pipes.
