Bisgaard Pipes started in 1963 by Margit and Aage. In 2018 they retired and sold the business to Hektor who owns Havnens Vin & Tobakshus. www.bisgaard-pipes.com is now a part of the physical store Havnens Vin & Tobakshus.

Q: Where is your physical store located?
A: Bisgaard Pipes (Havnens Vin & Tobakshus) is located in Denmark, Havnegade 37, 7100 Vejle in Denmark. You are always welcome to stop by. Opening hours: Monday-Thursday 9.30-17.30. Friday 9.30-18.00. Saturday 9.30-13.00.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you regret your purchase you can return the product within 21 days - unless it’s a tobacco product. You are free to return the item(s) to the shop, as you wish. You will then get your money back - with the deduction of freight charges. We do not refund the cost of returning the item to us. The items returned must be unused and in the original packing - however, opening of the packing is accepted. Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
Q: How does Bisgaard-pipes verify that I am of legal age to purchase tobacco products?
A: By accepting our business terms when checking out of the web shop you confirm that you are over 18 years.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery varies because we ship all over the world. It can take from 3-15 weekdays for the package to be delivered to you. This is without the time used by your local custom control. When you check out you choose your preferred devilry method.
Q: Do I have to pay VAT/moms?
A: Yes and No. All prices are including Danish VAT/Moms (25 %). If you live outside EU and Scandinavia the VAT/Moms will be automatically be deducted when you finish your order. For customers outside EU there is a risk that you are to pay local import taxes. The specific amount varies from country to country. If you live inside the European Union, you have to pay V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) - unless you are buying from us as a business. As stated when you placed your order, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and pay for any taxes or duty that is due on their order. Bisgaard Pipes cannot and will not be liable for any taxes or duty. If you refuse delivery of the package, and would like a refund, the package must be sent back to us at your expense if the courier or postal service assesses return fees. If you refuse to do so and the package has to be abandoned you will not be eligible for a refund.
Q: How much will it cost to ship my package?
A: We ship all over the world the prices vary. The cost will show in the check out.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to anywhere in the world. Please be advised that there are some countries to which we do not ship tobacco due to local regulations: Brazil, Italy, India, Israel, Norway, Russia and Turkey. However, we do send non-tobacco products (pipes etc.) to these countries. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but Local Taxing Authorities are usually to blame.
Q: I found a typo/error/etc. To whom do I complain?
A: We try to maintain an error free website, but occasionally, errors do occur. If you happen to spot one, please send an email to, hektor@bisgaard-pipes.com and I will try to fixed it.
Q: What do you mean by 'estate' pipes?
A: An estate pipe is a pipe that has been previously owned by someone else. Each estate pipe that we sell has undergone a thorough cleaning and disinfecting regimen. Estate pipes are generally far less expensive than a new pipe of the same make, thereby representing an excellent value for the money, and for many smokers, a way to sample the wares of pipe makers they might not otherwise be able to afford.
Q: I cannot find a pipe that I saw a while ago. What happened to it?
A: Almost every pipe we have on the website is one of a kind pipe. So if you can’t find it is properly sold. If you have a picture of the pipe, we can try to get one similar. Send a request to hektor@bisgaard-pipes.com
