We offer fast and secure shipping with courier.
Shipping is normally within 8 days to your address.
Cost of shipping is :
Within Europe:
Shipment by courier (EUR 30,00) - All over Europe
Shipment by registreted mail (EUR 18,00) - All over Europe (max 500 gram)
Shipment within Denmark (EUR 4,50).
Only Denmark - not Greenland
USA and rest of the world:
Shipment to USA and Canada by courier (USD 50,55).
Shipment to the rest of the world by courier(USD 56,18).
Not USA and Canada
Shipment to Russia by courier (USD 56,18)
Registreted mail all over the world (USD 27,09).

Please let us know by email which courier company you have made arrangements with, and when you expect them to pick up the pipes.
Payment:
You can choose to pay on-line via secure SSL server. Visa - and MasterCard are accepted.
If you wish to use international GIRO, that is fine with us - just let us know, and we will mail our account number to you.
- Or you can choose to have your bank transfer your payment to our bank.
If you choose this option we will send you our SWIFT-code and account number, which you shall give to your bank.
Once we receive notice from our bank that your payment is in our account, we will ship your order.

Return Policy
Before shipment we always check our pipes carefully and pack them with the best possible protection to make sure that they reach their new homes safe and undamaged.
If, however, your pipe is damaged when you receive it, we naturally offer a full refund including your expenses for the return shipment.
In case of damage please contact us as soon as you have established the damage.
If the package shows obvious traces of transport damage, please open it in the presence of the postman, if possible. Alternatively you should refuse receipt of the package.
You are always welcome to contact us for any further information about our pipes that you may require.
If, for some reason, you do not like your new pipe, we will give you a full refund, however, deduct our expenses for returning your payment or for sending you another pipe, provided of course that you have not smoked the pipe or damaged it in any way.
Please return the pipe in the original box with all of its original contents.
In case you regret your purchase please contact us immediately upon receipt of the pipe.
You must return the pipe to us within one week after you have received it.
